They'll give him a new contract of what 2 years and then sack him after a few months if we continue to be shit? Meaning he'll get 2 years pay for a few months poor performance?
Can't see that.
If he gets a new contract he'll stay to see it through unless he's proper shit, even then I wouldn't trust them to sack him a la Grant.

Unless they have someone lined up ready to step in I think fatty will stay with the caveat of "start off badly and you're gone".
Why do I say that? Well any new Manager will have to have some say in transfers. If the new man is a bigger name than Allardyce the willd emand transfer input in his contract and I can't see G&S using 4 weeks of the off-season to find a new manager while the better transfer options disappear.
So I think unless Allardyce goes one day and the new man comes in the next we are stuck with fatty which would destroy my hope for our club.
